Let's Get Physical!

I've been exercising lately. (Which, for me, is highly suspect). When I'm not on the treadmill listening to Fergie, I'm taking classes to work on my core. After two c-sections, my ab muscles are a little,...loose. Pilates seems to be helping, and I couldn't help but notice how much exercise we do with our pelvis. All the while clenching our PC muscles. In fact, my instructor wants us to both "press our belly button to our spine" all day while simultaneously doing our kegels. I always feel amazing after class and wanted to pass along that feeling.

Because these exercises would be impossible for me, a novice, to explain, I found My Secret Spiritual Dance to do it for me. The blog also features information on tantric sex, which, if I had the time, I might think about trying. But, you know,...you got 10 minutes...

  1. I've got to agree with Kimberly* on the importance of exercise. After a long hiatus I've started exercising again: walking on the treadmill or pushing a stroller in the neighborhood, about 30 minutes four or five days a week.

    It's made a huge difference in my energy level. At the end of the day instead of collapsing, I actually have enough power left over to pay attention to the husband.

    And I feel micro-better about my body, which helps too. I might need the help of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to make a big difference in that department, though.
